Orders sent to the USA or internationally are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Exchange/Returns Policy

All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging and documentation originally included.

A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping packaging. Please call in advance in order to obtain your RMA number. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Motorcycle Enhancements. Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss. All items must be marked as a returned good.

Liability Policy

Motorcycle Enhancements is not liable for any injury or damages caused by manufacturer's defect, improper selection or application, improper installation, improper maintenance or cleaning, abuse or alteration, or accident or negligence in the use, storage, handling or transportation of any products we sell.
